Operation team is not up to the company’s standard, they are taking anyone in who can work in less salary. Nothing much I like there because the job is too comfortable and comfort kill your learning and adapting skill

Great Brand Values, Customer have a huge trust on brand. Company won't put pressure on sales as they are aware and very understanding regarding market spending cycle. Senior staff are very helpful and cooperative

...nd during exit no payment is done for balance leaves. Also as per rules your 12.5% of your basic salary is supposed to contributed in EPF from both employees and employers side yet they only contribute 1800 per month.

Salary comes timely yet HO people does not care about employees, Entire operations works on Whatsapp

toxic work culture, Attendance system is worst and deduction happens each month. You have to stay online on whatsapp even on weekly offs, Too much partialities and senior loves back botching and politics. Management should treat employees like they work for premium brand.

Job is secure till the time you dont ask clarification for your deduction in salary and if you dont ask your upper management anything which you dosen't like. People which you called colleagues they can stabbed from back anytime so you cannot trust anybody here as some of them having affairs with upper management people, so you have to behave like you are chamcha then you will be favourite too. Management of this co. is not good at all because when you ask questions twice so they will insult you. Management will behave as of they favour you to keep on job so they can behave as they like. RM gets involved in your leaves. Leaves are not much here so you cannot plan anything after joining. 15 leaves in a year and you cannot encash that leaves and plus you cannot take leaves due to staff shortage. This job is not recommended.

...totally depend on Head Office people whether they want to send incentive or not. They cut salary for a day or 2 if your store is not clean as per them. This co. want reason to deduct salary. GF and BF of upper management working here at store level and they can torture whenever they like.

Getting more knowledge about ayurveda products, Working in forest all the teammates are supportive I got a lot of experience working there n the company policies are transparent.

Dislikes

Love to work with forest essentials but the salary I got is less which I can't afford for daily expenses.
