Responsibilities:
We're looking for someone who can:
1. Be a part of revenue channel & it will involve working with across all the channels (D2C, Ecommerce, Online sales & offline sales).
2. Bridge between marketing, NPD & revenue to drive Go-to-Market strategies, new product development & overall channel growth.
3. Understand E-commerce platforms thoroughly - Flipkart/Amazon/Brands.
4. Analyse data, monitor & report on KPIs to the leadership to provide insights& recommendations to optimize performance.
5. Drive cross-functional projects such as charters to drive overall brand growth.
6. Be vitally involved in assortment and pricing strategies.
7. Develop a thorough understanding of the brand across various channels X categories through deep data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and create strategies to drive brand/category growth.
Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum educational qualification - Graduation, MBA preferred
2. 2+ years of relevant work experience.
3. Knowledge of skincare/ personal care /FMCG category.
