The company its good . I happy to work in firstcry. They made a trust and good by the consumer.work in very interested and respectively.

I whom to share this feedback. Actually the company it's very good.. but there our very management its very worst. Never before can't see this kind of management. Some people some head are treating like a slave. That's main thing. Because they are killing work freedom and our job responsibilities. So kindly I give request for our HRteam, no growth in our management side. We all are come this work in together and growth. But some people are prevent. Why im tell this, our company employer performance rating it's most valuable for our growth and carrier.working staff some people are have a good talent and skills . But our management people are not giving proper rating and anything. all the staff are giving to our full skills and everything for this company.
