The growth opportunity along with learnings of the new techniques and tools which are required in the market. The work culture binds everyone to stay loyal with the organisation.

Dislikes

I won't call it a dislike rather I would call it an opportunity for Firstsource. While we understand the salary is provided as per the market standards however when it is compared with other competitors it is always lesser.

I liked almost everything at firstSource, it was Wonderfull working there! the work culture was good, management was sensible, company policies were employee centric and the job security was good but not sure how it is now.

Dislikes

I loved everything there except they disrespect loyalists, find petty reasons to irk employees who are good and love the organisation and disrespect their earned leave utilisation. It is not something they do all the time ... just few incompetent leaders mistakes bring down the other good leaders respect in the eyes of the employee.I hope that particular person is not in the organisation anymore, the company will do good since they have all the right things in the right place!...Read More

Work Details

I started as an executive, moved to quality team, team leader and then process leader... the leaders were great. It is one of my most loved Jobs so far.
