My job is secure during this Covid-19 situation. We are asked to work from home and no pressure resuming to physical location as in office. Infact to we got email from company saying to continue working from home until end of the year which is good they don't want to take any risk of employees health. Work culture is good for mydepartment however for others departments I have heard from those people its not good and there is lots of office politics. HR policies are good so far i never had issues. Overall not bad company for international processes and not for Indian processes mostly....Read More

General shifts & fix sat sun off. Flexible enough

Dislikes

Zero scope for growth. Really flat organisational structure. No work from home option available. Bonus is a joke. Enough if you work hard you are going to get same as others. So it's better not to work harder actively.
