Too much favouritism , everything in this company is upto the team leads if you are good with leads you are promoted or else they will target you no reason. Most of the employees left this organisation coz of the team leads

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
