I have started loving my job at finndit because it gives me an opportunity to explore all the divisions of a local search engine business.

There isnt anything i particularly dont like about my job . the only fact is that if ypou are not willing to learn new things you wont grow.

The opportunity to learn the functioning of the corporate world at such an early age as an intern is just amazing. I have spent 6 months here already and the colleagues have become like family members. The positivity that I get working here is lovely.

Dislikes

One has to be hard working to survive here. That is true for any workplace. If you are lazy and think that you would only come to the office to drink coffee, you should not consider working here.

As an intern, I am supposed to learn a lot from my seniors. But they put me in a comfortable environment where my contributions to the organisation are valuable and relevant. That has taught me the value of responsibility. I am involved in various aspects

To promote and advertise about a company that makes people’s lives so much easier is joy. I like to showcase my marketing skills for a company that I firmly believe in.

Dislikes

There is absolutely nothing that I don’t like about my job. But there are times when I feel that to give my 100%, I really need to be motivated. Luckily, the team is quite supportive and always creates a positive vibe around the workplace.

I have to make people aware of Finndit platform and highlight its usage in day-to-day lives of people. That is what I do as a part of my job. I also love answering any queries and solving problems that people might face regarding Finndit.

The sheer need for optimising the platform on a daily basis is something that I enjoy a lot. It helps me evolve and polish my skills further along with learning new skills.

Dislikes

If you are not enthusiastic about your work, you will find it hard to cope up with the requirements of the job. Make sure that you are looking to work hard.

Work Details

The backend of the platform is maintained and constantly optimised for improved customer experience by me and my team. The challenge to make the user interface better every single day gives me massive motivation.
