Pretty much every thing apart from security and salary. But I cannot put this on entire company could be issue with my project. There is one issue, which is related to internal job postings. many have mentioned that people are already fixed before attending interview and interviews for different roles are kept just for formality.

Till now before Legaro it was okay later after changing to Carelon it's becoming worthless of work and salary which getting paid. Also, now removing the allowances then it remains regular compare to other company, mostly we choosen this company to opt the good pay but that main thing is remaining as fail to get it.

I like that the company's culture is deep rooted and the leadership qualities are second to none. If you want to expand your horizons within the organisation, you are open to a lot of opportunities.

Dislikes

There are a lot of able candidates out there and IJP's could give a lot of chances for them to showcase their skills and help them push to the next level.

Managers are toxic which spoils the whole work culture. The lady HR manager is the worst of all. Maybe she is not happy in her personal life hence she cannot handle others life being good. She will pressurizes everyone so much to work and thinks the team is as her slave. Because of her behaviour people keep quitting. There are no old people left in the team except few who are her chamchas. This attitude is creating problems in the team as new associates keep joining and quitting. The top management is least bothered that they never enquired why so many people have left. She will cry if you ask for leaves as if you are asking for her personal property and will call you during your holidays and spoil your off. Forget leaves during probation period unless you end up in hospital. If she doesn't like someone she will make sure to target them to the extent where they quit and she will display as if it's our own mistakes. There is a manager called Umashankar, he gives promotion only to the person who does party with him. And there is no value for your talent if you are working under him . Though you give your best he will not recognize.

Team lead behavouir is horrible. Manager is not supportive. No appreciation. No salary benefits. No other benefits. Horrible Food. Toxic Teamlead. Toxic environment. Leads wont stand by your side. No matter how much you contribute towords the work, Team lead is blind to recognise. 0/10 rating.

I was the top performer in this company for 5 years....with top rating if 5.....still no promotion was given.....and they were continuously switching the teams to avoid promotion.....i wasted my career.

CGS do not promote people based on experience, they does only if have new position created and it rarely happens. Hikes are pretty less and learning is also very average.

Toxic working environment, working culture. Micro management. You have to justify every single minute in stand-up call and on jira stories. So Much of Office Politics, Poor TL especially Ajay Talluru Sundar, I recommend don't work under him & His Manager Sai Sandeep they both are very uncooperative & Gives so much work Pressure to the Associates, No SA, SME & QA is there no Support If errors Comes than they mental Torture You & Place You In PIP, Worst Company I have worked with.
