• An inept colleague, who is much distracted to rarely add to development. Is also, a severe alcoholic and promotes narcotism. • An incompetent manager, another alcoholic who is money-minded, delegate work to subordinates and disguise stakeholders. • They lack to understand a business requirement, barely add to it, yet forces to perform analytics from a closed observability tool. • Ignore issues in their vacations, parties, alcoholism with work access on mobile. • Remains in-accountable to a live product yet makes 'Animal-Monster' comparisons of it. • Deters technical discussions by demeaning views about Anthem that it's not "Google". • Expects gossip, plays office politics in much arrogance and prioritizes gender bias. • Leaves are hardly approved until meeting each deliverable, else on hospitalization. • With such untrustworthiness, returns being self-reliant with taunts, blackmail and ridicule as "Don't try to show you're some kind of Techie". • Misuses other's PII to secretly watch & control their life turned to misery, over police surveillance, location tracking and spy monitoring, using personal relations, making it unbearable.
