Liked the flexibility in work culture and Previous management which is completely changed now. Also the environment is now totally changed inside the team. Not anymore a recommended work culture around.

Work Details

Work life was very good. Was highly satisfied but in last 6 months it is totally changed. No growth, no learning opportunities, only huge pressure. Continuous mental pressure, follow up. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, NO RESPECT.

The india leadership team is highly biassed , highly manipulated. Highly arrogant and self centred bunch. They manipulate the data and showcase a rosy picture to the board and thrive. They promote and encourage only their selection of people. Extremely bad management.

Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here.
