Working in this organization gave me lot of exposure and upgrade my skills set time to time over the journey of 12 years , glad I got opportunity to work in this organization

Dislikes

Frequent changes in higher management in last 4 years bringing different trail and error processes impacted employees moral and customers trust over last couple of years which impacted revenue model. while I still enjoy the work, I’m not sure this company is the ideal place for me to continue growing my career

There workspaces are excellent and facilities provided as well. Good IGP process help you to switch internally.

Dislikes

They have hire and fire policy. Also managers needs to put lot of efforts for replacements and salary hikes of their employees. Poor work life balance.

There are absolutely no learning opportunities and the vision for the team itself is not clear. Adaptation to new tools n technologies is far worse. They are still wokring on excel for obsolete metrics. Only upside is you get to know other people through activities, which is not possible in covid situation though.

Everything, poor management, no job security, extreme micromanagement, you don't have a say in anything if you don't have at least 7-8 years of experience they treat you like shit. Some teams are good but mostly its bad

The india leadership team is highly biassed , highly manipulated. Highly arrogant and self centred bunch. They manipulate the data and showcase a rosy picture to the board and thrive. They promote and encourage only their selection of people. Extremely bad management.

No appraisal, no promotion as putting 100 percent, moving HR to PMO. Then asking your performance is not ok. Putting on PIP. Israel team is worst

Salary will be a good one , able to enhance tech skills, learn new tech. They are using recent new technologies only

Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here. The company culture is very good, working at Finastra is really good, work life balance is the biggest plus point here. Also, company offers Hybrid work from office, 2 days a week.
