Salary will be a good one , able to enhance tech skills, learn new tech. They are using recent new technologies only

Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here. The india leadership team is highly biassed , highly manipulated. Highly arrogant and self centred bunch. They manipulate the data and showcase a rosy picture to the board and thrive. They promote and encourage only their selection of people. Extremely bad management.
