No Career Growth. They hire anyone irrespective of their knowledge. Management level is 0 (ZERO) I was hired through an On-Campus process. There are approx 60-70% of candidates on the list from my college itself who don't know even to code a simple program and are hired as Developers. Their total selection process is worthless. Please do join any other companies if you are holding any other offers as well. Else try to switch ASAP.
