A good medical insurance policy and few others

Dislikes

There is no room for individual development. If you are a highly ambitious person , this may not be the place for you. There is a lot of micro management done by Managers. More often they tend to breath down your neck. After you leave the organisation, they make it very difficult for you to get the F&F.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
