Work life balance can be better when no active projects.

No respect for employee’s commitment. No support from management in case of challenges. It’s normal to not get any hike for some years.

Likes

Working in Finastra has helped me a lot in maintaining a good work life balance. There is a freedom in my work schedule which enables me to deliver my work on time and efficiently. During these hard times as well, it looks after my safety and enabled me to take work from home well before the lockdown was announced.

Compensation is decent but yes growth is slow.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
