I loved the fact that you can talk to your higher management about any issues. Yes they have less time to devote. But that also gives you the opportunity to know that you need to have meaningful talks only. We are all professionals here with 5-6 years of experience so that's the bare minimum to expect. Also the connectivity to metrostation is fine. Timing is good for summer and winters - 10-6. And Saturday Sunday are off. Only very rare times you may have to come to office. Dislikes

Morning buffer time is only 10 minutes. Can be increased by just 5 more as sometimes Metro stops a lot in between. Rest good. You get salary slip first then your salary. So you can tally as well before it reflects in account.
