Worst company to work for the policies are pathetic, CEO comes in and interferes in the work of every department, there is no respect from the management, they call you on weekends also

You only get 30 mins of time out per day. If u get 1 second late, your half day salary is gone. If u enter office after 10:10 am, even by 1 second then your halfday salary is gone. After 1 month they provide joining letter and then you will shock because then they tell you that you have to serve 30 WORKING DAYS notice.. This means 1.5 months. And your resignation is NOT valid till it is accepted. This means that your notice period will not start till it is accepted.
