Yoe - 4.6 years. I accepted an offer with 50% hike in my Fixed pay. Current - 10 LPA fixed Offered - 15 LPA fixed I am wondering whether it’s a good percentage considering the current Market situation. I have tried very hard to get this 50% with current market opportunities.
