FIS Gurgaon is the worst place to work for. 1)the HR team is the worst set of people. They work for 20 mins max a day and refuse to respond to queries. They simply just do not work. 75 days for Full and final after I resigned that too after i had dropped many emails. Such a disgusting experience. There was this HR lead (Naveen ) whohas the most rude tone. Remember talking to him in cafeteria once and the way he replied back Never ever reach out to him. Pathetic professional 2) worked as a senior QA for a project in Gurgaon(beb) The work culture is a joke here. They are running the same test cases since 10 yrs without automation and charging 60 hrs or so for a simple fix. They think the development team is a joke and refuse to even understand the functionality. Everything is manual. The people who work here in this team are soo unemployable. Because they have never worked on anything new and are now not willing to learn also. People who joined this team as trainees 10 yrs back are doing the same thing since then its unbelievable how slacking they are. 3)the development team for this is led by the most ill mannered and cunning man who passes snide remarks for every woman. He is now a dev supervisor(TOXIC) He along with his three fellow leads used to make the office environment unbearable. Have seen many women of his team literally cry in washrooms due to his behaviour and nasty comments and seen them resign. Flexible timings Food Team outing A bit more compensation then industry standard..just a bit more They will let you learn how to escapes from your works

Ask for max compensation at joining time..after that it is fixed that you are going to get 3 star rating and 5-7 % hike..No bargaining possible What ever your skills are..as a developer you are going to destroy it. Favouritism of managers towards work allocation and during appraisal. And in any case you can not challenge them. It's not like that you will be free and you will not have work.you will have work that has nothing to do with your skills upgradation.And you have to follow process to finish it.
