The company has experienced recurring layoffs almost every six month which can be unsettling for employees. The frequent restructuring may be direct result of incompetent upper management. Seems 3 year of working I didn't yet get any promotion and also policy regarding laptop and equipment handle is not satisfied because most of face huge loss whenever there is any damage happens to laptop that i weird in this company not seen ant where else

Hidden layoffs like one day layoff for senior management, as reliable and productive resources been laid off. Managers don't understand/value your skill set. No much hike. HIKE PER YEAR IS 5% either you are good performer. Sometimes feels like batch mates who are senior give soft corner while any decisions.
