1. Long timers are not valued, that to being a product based company. 2. No proffsional and personal growth. 3. Biased management. You have to be a favourite to get hike or promotion irespective of the skills. 4. You can join if you are a fresher, but don't expect to work in some latest or future techs. 5. Its ok if you are getting a leadership position. 6. For middle level resources (any one other than point# 4 and 5), can be an intermediate step to get a tag of bankiing product based company. beyond 2 years, don't bother to stay. 7. HR: A dysfunctional department. No exit interviews for the out going resources, ever if you are a long timer in the company, they don't bother to have an exit interview. The company allows the employees to take flexible work timings as long as it doesn't hamper the work. Work from home option is also allowed on a need basis even if its not an official policy

They give a standard hike at the time of joining, but otherwise growth is slow. You don't get a chance to work on newer technologies or projects but will be rated against that during your appraisal. Its a kind of Catch-22 situation. It used to be a very secure from the job perspective meaning there were no lay-off's. But recently, people have been let go for some reason or the other. People who don't look forward to challenges and are okay with a stagnant and mundane culture can stay here as long as they are performing the required minimum tasks in the job.
