Midlevel seniors mostly in any project. Very few juniors. Snack room is good.
All projects are custom framework based with least documentation thus, you might need KT to develop anything. But you are never going to get a KT. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. Midlevel seniors are much mean not at all helpful usual trend here is new employee is a competitor in teams. Thus, believe first year of job is going to be tough here wrt developemnt. Thus, first year no appraisal recent untold non-published HR policies. People mostly here are manager licking. No hikes from last 2 years to most of the employees. During pandemic times though producticity increased and company got 21% profit no appraisals given ro any employee. At very later stage company organized corona vaccine camp with money deducted from employees health policies. For corona help aids its not company's money but employees providing monetary help to other employees thorugh outlook and monile phone number exchange. If I get proper salary package then I will like.
1.Based on market am getting the salary package properly, I raised this concern so many times to my superiors, but there is no use in it.. 2.Intially fis said that we have perminant WFH and they were dropped an email too, but now superiors pushing to WFO. For me, it's to difficult to come. I will be happy if someone consider these points and take the action.

Everything was great till now. But recently company decided to layoff those people who did work from the foundation. Build teams and run the processs. They were very loyal but were shown out door. This was disgusting.
