Based on project to projects, new technologies usage is very less or upgradation is very slow Promotion cycle is very slow at lower levels Salary hike is less compared to market standards No market corrections offered

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
