No Job Security at any level event if you performing well, Particularly after their acquisition of Sungard. The company has experienced recurring layoffs almost every six month which can be unsettling for employees. The frequent restructuring may be direct result of incompetent upper management. Worst company ever, they are working on so outdated technologies, i joined here as lead devops engineer, but they are not even working on azure, no git based repositories, no branches pullrequest, they provide build manually whenever tester needs, they do checkins in TFVC visual studio in VM's, people who have experience of 10 yearsdont even know what is pullrequest or production environment/deployment.. and managers are worst, despite tellimg him i will migrate everything on git, will make everything automated,, he said no - and targeted me for that, gave me only 15% bonus saying your focus was on unnecesssary things like automation n all which is not our priority....Read More

Hidden layoffs like one day layoff for senior management, as reliable and productive resources been laid off. Managers don't understand/value your skill set. No much hike. HIKE PER YEAR IS 5% either you are good performer. Sometimes feels like batch mates who are senior give soft corner while any decisions.
