Good work environment. Policies are good. Facilities are good.

Dislikes

Difficult to get growth, Salary increment. Opportunities like working in different geographics is quite difficult. Focused on remote working which does not develop employee 360 degree. No cross culture experience, individual's aspirations are hardly respected. No on-site opportunity.Other than above things are quite better.

The work environment is very strict. Since Fis was formerly known as Sungard, there are various changes happening inside.The company is prioritizing cost cutting resources.Thus there is a lot chance of getting fired without prior notice.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
