There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, career growth is too slow due to politics. On the job training is not given to new employee.

In this company the negative point is that "Politics". So much politics is going in this company . And the most negative part is managers also playing the politics here. I am not talking about all the managers but some are like this only.
