A BIG FRAUD COMPANY Let me tell you guys , You may be a fresher or a 10 year experienced , they will tell you the same salary which is 19000 rs , and they will explain you that 5000 rs will go into deductions, Shocking right ? Yup 1200-1400 for the PF , 120-170 for ESI , HRA Allowance 1600-2300 , and other allowances, You will not have one but multiple reasons to dislike working here... 1) Arrongant , Irresponsible HR Management 2) Operations Management cannot accept new ideas or thoughts from the people below them.. i meant to say... processing executives or team leads or whom ever are there below the managers ( lot of attitude issues ) 3 ) No proper food accomadation 4) The security here are the real CEO's, they talk to you like as if they know minister's. 5) Far from the city 6) Of course , Politics happen at every company , But the politics the team leads and management do here is out of universe, next level...Read More
