The company's culture and people are good, Salary and benefits are also good they also provide work from home in medical conditions.

There are many issue I'm mentioning it here if you got an offer from this company: -working hours are going to be long, you have to complete your tasks then only you can go to your home -No payments for the extra working hours -your future in this company will be based on project you get if you're lucky then it's good otherwise theywill torture you by assigning more tasks - No job security -At induction they'll try to fool you by saying good things only like no politics and all things -No work life balance and many more..........Read More

- No bonds. - Good salary package for freshers - Gives opportunity for building career by hiring freshers. - Having an average shift timing of 2 to 11.

Dislikes

- They are not getting satisfied with us; no matter how hard you work. - They make us do overtime without being paid for the overtime. - Leaves are not approved easily by many Mentors and Team Leaders - Gives a lot of burden to the new joinee by passing on all the work load of seniors.

Job security is better and culture is also awesome, management is poor and policies are also poor, there should be sufficient flexibility that if you don't have work anymore so you could leave such as IT companies.

Dislikes

Didn't like that you have to work on weekends also by forcefully where normal working days have 2 hours approximately free still they are preferring to work on leaves also. Another point is allow employees some flexibility like if there is no extra pending work still you have to seat to complete the hours so if the situation occurs please let them go and if you can't allow then divide work according hours....Read More
