If you are a fresher then you should definitely join fedora because you will have a lot to learn over there

The politics amuses me .. Your senior will never support you and everyone wants to save there own job so they will throw you forward whenever a problem arises

It was okay as I joined as a fresher and they taught me everything but soon I realised my manager and TL will never let me succeed even after doing good work so I left and now I am living a good life

no job security at all you are always on the knife, HR policy, no phones allowed, NO coordination between teams always fighting & blaming each other. no healthy atmosphere for an employee, no salary growth as well, workload, Saturday is not off. without giving any proper training they expecting to work as per standards.
