Too much internal politics but in name of least work. Much work can't be assured as they don't have good projects for India. Salary and appraisal process is pathetic. They do give importance to innovation but beware of office politics, ideas can be stolen easily without you getting known, the middle management is not supportive. Well they do not allot people teams based on their profile or technical skill but however it is totally random and done by the HR , which is terrible.however it is more of a personal view because it happened with me and it does not happen with everyone but if unfortunately it happens it would be impossible to change the department.
