There is nothing good to say about the company, very pathetic work culture and very pathetic management. They will make you work on all Saturday's without prior intimation and they will also not allow for breaks in between. The manager will give a particular target of number of calls to be achieved and when you complete the target, they will identify flaws in the calls cancelling those calls and saying you haven't completed your targets. For trainings, they will not record your calls, and give you assessment of failure. The HR when investigating will also not provide any rationale for the poor feedback. There will be months when there is no HR in the company. They threated employees with filing an FIR and going to the policie and ask them to resign. Post that they will not pay the salaries as well. They make people work for a few months and then lay them off on pre-text of poor performance. More than 60 to 70 percent of staff have been laid off. When you write to them regarding your salary, they will keep saying we are looking into it....and this can go on for a year as well. Poor workculture, poor management ethics, they do not pay salaries. Team leaders will call for meeting at 6.15pm when the log out time is at 6.30pm.

Literally nothing. there is nothing to like in this scam of a company that is scamming not just customers and clients but also their own employees

everything. the Organization is front for a scam. They have zero ethics, zero accountability and are using and abusing people in their organization as well as their employees. they dont give out salaries on time, it comes as late as 20th of the month sometimes and they have a hire now fire tomorrow policy if you dont fit into theirmodel of scamming customers. you will be called on weekends on the whims and fancies of management as if they own you. you will be asked to sit in office till 2 in the night and there will be a guard put on doors to not let you out if they feel like. this is quite possibly the worst company in the Indian ecosystem. A serious investigation needs to be done on their on their books. if you dig deep you fill find a lot of customers and franchises who have been duped of their money complaining against them.
