Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work presure is a bit high, have to complete task in 9 hours a shift.

There is nothing good to say about the company, very pathetic work culture and very pathetic management. They will make you work on all Saturday's without prior intimation and they will also not allow for breaks in between. The manager will give a particular target of number of calls to be achieved and when you complete the target, they will identify flaws in the calls cancelling those calls and saying you haven't completed your targets. For trainings, they will not record your calls, and give you assessment of failure. The HR when investigating will also not provide any rationale for the poor feedback. There will be months when there is no HR in the company. They threated employees with filing an FIR and going to the policie and ask them to resign. Post that they will not pay the salaries as well. They make people work for a few months and then lay them off on pre-text of poor performance. More than 60 to 70 percent of staff have been laid off. When you write to them regarding your salary, they will keep saying we are looking into it....and this can go on for a year as well. Dislikes

Poor workculture, poor management ethics, they do not pay salaries. Team leaders will call for meeting at 6.15pm when the log out time is at 6.30pm.
