This is a FRAUD company. Its a SCAM. I am current employee and they havent paid me and my other colleagues past 2 months salary. Pls read google and glassdoor reviews you will know they have CHEATED many of their own employees. FIR against the company is already registered. Dont risk your career and efforts. Strictly stay out of this company.

The Company is open to Innovation and Realy adopts new Ideas for recruitments, Flexible working hours, complete 9 hours a shift with 1 hour lunch break,

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work presure is a bit high, have to complete task in 9 hours a shift.

...ext of poor performance. More than 60 to 70 percent of staff have been laid off. When you write to them regarding your salary, they will keep saying we are looking into it....and this can go on for a year as well. For over a year, they did not have anyone in the HR function and hence they could not pay salaries.

Dislikes

Poor workculture, poor management ethics, they do not pay salaries. Team leaders will call for meeting at 6.15pm when the log out time is at 6.30pm.

1. the way they fraudulently hire staff just to fire them before salary release. 2. I like the way they have keep the office ambience only to impress the new joiners and candidates who have come for an interview.

Everything. 1. This company does not appreciate the efforts of the employees, what only matters to them is the looks how you present yourself even if you are dumb but good looking they will keep you as a showpiece. 2. The only thing that matters to them is the Money which they don't give to the employees. 3. No incentives are provided to the Old working Managers of the Company who are the actual people who have been generating revenue for them. Their own salaries are being held for more than 3 months. This is the worst company of the employees and also the clients Worst for clients because: 1. they will behave nicely till the time they get token amount will sign the loi and then the real face appears they will abuse the client till they pay and then won't open the outlet. 2. they fraudulently makes the client stuck in their own words. 3. they make fraud cases on the clients.

Only the Ambience of the office.

They will fire you without notifying you and will not even pay you salary. Every month they will fore people between the 30th and 7th of each month, so that they don't have to pay you on the 10th. And if you ask for fnf, you will never ever get a response.
