1. the way they fraudulently hire staff just to fire them before salary release. 2. I like the way they have keep the office ambience only to impress the new joiners and candidates who have come for an interview.

Everything. 1. This company does not appreciate the efforts of the employees, what only matters to them is the looks how you present yourself even if you are dumb but good looking they will keep you as a showpiece. 2. The only thing that matters to them is the Money which they don't give to the employees. 3. No incentives are provided to the Old working Managers of the Company who are the actual people who have been generating revenue for them. Their own salaries are being held for more than 3 months. They will fire you without notifying you and will not even pay you salary. Every month they will fore people between the 30th and 7th of each month, so that they don't have to pay you on the 10th. And if you ask for fnf, you will never ever get a response.
