...as a rating below 1, I would have given that. Vulgar environment, worst culture. Salary is always delayed for no reason at all, even if you are performing well. They do not care about employees, they do not care whether you stay or leave. They don't settle FNFs. The hiring is just a major joke. All the good reviews and testimonials are funny as even the people doing those know they are faking big time. The Company is open to Innovation and Realy adopts new Ideas for recruitments, Flexible working hours, complete 9 hours a shift with 1 hour lunch break,

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work presure is a bit high, have to complete task in 9 hours a shift.

1. the way they fraudulently hire staff just to fire them before salary release. 2. I like the way they have keep the office ambience only to impress the new joiners and candidates who have come for an interview.

Everything. 1. This company does not appreciate the efforts of the employees, what only matters to them is the looks how you present yourself even if you are dumb but good looking they will keep you as a showpiece. 2. The only thing that matters to them is the Money which they don't give to the employees. 3. No incentives are provided to the Old working Managers of the Company who are the actual people who have been generating revenue for them. Their own salaries are being held for more than 3 months. This is the worst company of the employees and also the clients Worst for clients because: 1. they will behave nicely till the time they get token amount will sign the loi and then the real face appears they will abuse the client till they pay and then won't open the outlet. 2. they fraudulently makes the client stuck in their own words. 3. they make fraud cases on the clients.

Only the Ambience of the office.

Dislikes

They will fire you without notifying you and will not even pay you salary. Every month they will fore people between the 30th and 7th of each month, so that they don't have to pay you on the 10th. And if you ask for fnf, you will never ever get a response.

...as marked by strict work policy and a high expectation for employee performance. Although i enjoyed my role, there were issues with the communication gap between the organization and the employees and salary credits. Additionally, recent changes in management practices, such as policy shift and salary deductions for sick leave, were concerning and affected my overall impression of the organization.
