Everything. If there was a rating below 1, I would have given that. Vulgar environment, worst culture. Salary is always delayed for no reason at all, even if you are performing well. They do not care about employees, they do not care whether you stay or leave. They don't settle FNFs. The hiring is just a major joke. The company encourages out-of-the-box thinking, however, there can be tendency to play it safe and taking risks. They do put great efforts on creativity and innovation. The company also has a great policy of giving incentives regularly to all their employees for completing assigned tasks and deadlines. Overtime and extra work is also acknowledged and made sure they you get paid for it.

Dislikes

The work load might make you feel exhausted and tired all the time but getting paid for it makes it a little better. Tea and coffee should be provided to at least the executive members of the company.
