The office ambience is something which is good.

It's has been more than a year and more than 600 ex-employees haven't got their Full and Final settlement till now. To all the current employees of FashionTV India Pvt. Ltd., don't ever think about your Full and Final settlement to happen when you'll leave this company. Get them sign an agreement and mention if Full and Final settlement is not done in 45days post your relieving, company is liable to pay 3 months of salary to the employee. They torture the employees and when someone skeaps up he/she is fired and the management gives a hike to a few people and cover up the matter. All the suffering employees and ex employees - its a request to show the reality of FashionTV India to the world. So that no other employee suffers in future. If you are scared like me, make an anonymous account and share the reality of what you all have been going through....Read More

1. the way they fraudulently hire staff just to fire them before salary release. 2. I like the way they have keep the office ambience only to impress the new joiners and candidates who have come for an interview.

This company does not appreciate the efforts of the employees, what only matters to them is the looks how you present yourself even if you are dumb but good looking they will keep you as a showpiece. 2. The only thing that matters to them is the Money which they don't give to the employees. 3. No incentives are provided to the Old working Managers of the Company who are the actual people who have been generating revenue for them. Their own salaries are being held for more than 3 months. This is the worst company of the employees and also the clients Worst for clients because: 1. they will behave nicely till the time they get token amount will sign the loi and then the real face appears they will abuse the client till they pay and then won't open the outlet. 2. they fraudulently makes the client stuck in their own words. 3. they make fraud cases on the clients....Read More

Literally nothing. there is nothing to like in this scam of a company that is scamming not just customers and clients but also their own employees

everything. the Organization is front for a scam. They have zero ethics, zero accountability and are using and abusing people in their organization as well as their employees. they dont give out salaries on time, it comes as late as 20th of the month sometimes and they have a hire now fire tomorrow policy if you dont fit into theirmodel of scamming customers. you will be called on weekends on the whims and fancies of management as if they own you. you will be asked to sit in office till 2 in the night and there will be a guard put on doors to not let you out if they feel like. this is quite possibly the worst company in the Indian ecosystem. A serious investigation needs to be done on their on their books. if you dig deep you fill find a lot of customers and franchises who have been duped of their money complaining against them. As an employee do not join the company as you will regret this decision in less than 1 week....Read More

They will fire you without notifying you and will not even pay you salary. Every month they will fore people between the 30th and 7th of each month, so that they don't have to pay you on the 10th. And if you ask for fnf, you will never ever get a response.
