There is nothing like about FTV India, No career growth, you will learn how to be a puppet Top level management just playing with the careers

They can fire you on the Salary day without any prior information. They fired one of my colleagues cause he wanted to take exam leave for one day. Top management doesn't care about health and sanitization etc. No salary hike HR policy is sick and furthermore they don't even provide you salary slip

1. the way they fraudulently hire staff just to fire them before salary release. 2. I like the way they have keep the office ambience only to impress the new joiners and candidates who have come for an interview.

Dislikes

Everything. 1. This company does not appreciate the efforts of the employees, what only matters to them is the looks how you present yourself even if you are dumb but good looking they will keep you as a showpiece. 2. The only thing that matters to them is the Money which they don't give to the employees. 3. No incentives are provided to the Old working Managers of the Company who are the actual people who have been generating revenue for them. Their own salaries are being held for more than 3 months. This is the worst company of the employees and also the clients Worst for clients because: 1. they will behave nicely till the time they get token amount will sign the loi and then the real face appears they will abuse the client till they pay and then won't open the outlet. 2. they fraudulently makes the client stuck in their own words. 3. they make fraud cases on the clients.

Only the Ambience of the office.

They will fire you without notifying you and will not even pay you salary. Every month they will fore people between the 30th and 7th of each month, so that they don't have to pay you on the 10th. And if you ask for fnf, you will never ever get a response.

...as marked by strict work policy and a high expectation for employee performance. Although i enjoyed my role, there were issues with the communication gap between the organization and the employees and salary credits. Additionally, recent changes in management practices, such as policy shift and salary deductions for sick leave, were concerning and affected my overall impression of the organization.

there is nothing to like about this company , they have hire and fire culture. they wont even pay you your salary on time will play cheap tactics, hold on your salary makes you wait unnecessary, makes you work on Saturday.
