As I am presently working at Government Sector I am unable to explore myself. In Government Sector your growth strength is very weak because people are treated as junior according to their Seniority though he is capable enough to get promoted.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation as well as growth is slow. The pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work on holidays even. In government sector you will get the promotion on seniority basis though the senior is not capable engough to handle the post. The work pattern is same that means you'll have to work the same from begginining till the end of theday. No value for your new suggestions and ideas for betterment of Government sector....Read More
