There is nothing left to talk about this company. There is no work Culture and no such development or having a progressive attitude. There is no R&D and no concern about Customer satsfaction. The CEO is saving the ill qualified R&D who does not know about Leadership or Management Skills. Yes if you can do oiling ( which the existingpeople knows best) you can get a lumpsum without doing any work.
