There is nothing left to talk about this company. There is no work Culture and no such development or having a progressive attitude. There is no R&D and no concern about Customer satsfaction. The CEO is saving the ill qualified R&D who does not know about Leadership or Management Skills. Yes if you can do oiling ( which the existingpeople knows best) you can get a lumpsum without doing any work. There is no scope for personal development as the Management discourages for new technologies. Beware of your career...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
