Being a proprietorship and owner-driven organization the main and major decisions are being taken by the owners without allowing the Senior Management professional to have the freedom to make decisions. That sometimes causes difficulties for Senior Management professionals to work freely and take bold decisions. The Management is not willing to grow the business beyond what the Company has been doing for the last several years.
