Inconsiderate, incompetent and selfish management. Too many people who have only worked at the same company their entire carrier oblivious to changes in the industry. Not even inflation beating appraisals even after slogging as a donkey. Slavery mindset is promoted. Consistent 16-17 hour workdays and even on weekends with no verbal or monetary appreciation of any worker whatsoever. No compensatory off even after working consistent weekdays. Only has support projects or startup clients primarily. Dependent on maybe 2-4 main clients hence will have completely servile attitude towards them due to fear of losing business....Read More
