1.EXPLEO postponed appraisals just before review meetings. 2. I worked with them more than 2.5 years on need basis worked 12 hrs per day also and hardly were on bench more than 1.5 months they force me to come to office in hybrid culture and on the same first day asked me to resign my self and serve notice period.
