The team is supportive and would come together to achieve the desired results. They are trying to figure out how to enable the available resources by employee engagement.

Their is focus at the higher management however such goals are not aligned at the Mid-Level and team lead level management. Being a service based company the employee is juiced till dry due to the revenue model of hourly rate. Very adamant and narrow thought process kills employee creativity and overall morale.

If you good at licking you will get appraisal, Managers will always take credit for work you did, 95% of employees leaves because of mental depression If you put resignation, you will receive a threat from manager for legal notice and HR will ask to stay or he will make your life difficult
