It is just service based company, If you have no job then only join otherwise look for another Job. If you are on site the it is ok, but that too don't stay on side for more than 1.5-2 years.

If you good at licking you will get appraisal, Managers will always take credit for work you did, 95% of employees leaves because of mental depression If you put resignation, you will receive a threat from manager for legal notice and HR will ask to stay or he will make your life difficult
