Colleagues and team structure here is very good. Distribution of responsibilities carried out in efficient way. Team collaboration makes work pressure to handled skillfully.

Appraisal is not as per the skills and efforts taken. Though responsibilities grow at a high rates, it is not reflected in terms of salary and other benefits. Politics and centralization of power is corrupting the organization and leads to lack of transparency.

you can't trust blindly when it comes to project assignment. ;) there is a big difference between project specified and task you do. There is no value of experience in development eventually you have to do unit testing stuff even if you have 5+ year of experience. No professionalism is followed by some moody managers.
