The work culture is dynamic collaborative and process oriented. There was strong emphasis an accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction. We had regular training sessions to enhance our skills and stay updated with process changes. One of the things I appreciated the most was supportive environment. The work environment is really bad . It feels like they treat us like their servants and there is no HALF DAY CULTURE . Managers show no empathy in certain situations ie even if you’re not well they don’t care. There is also lack of PROPER TRAINING and too much RESTRICTIONS.
