An employee is given full freedom to work his/her way till the time he/she is doing it right

Dislikes

Working hours... Mostly US hrs. Almost all the senior leads work onsite. Hence, if you are in India, you have to stay aligned. That results in ending up working more than 14 hrs a day to balance with staff in India and leaders onsite

Salary - Poor

Work policy: Flexible for my role. I can choose when to go when not to.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Nothing to dislike, though one factor must be kept in mind that, designations are inflated titles which may not really mean same in larger market or peer company space.
