Just the fact that I am working remotely. Nothing else.

Everything. The upper management here is pathetic. The HRs will only listen to the managers who have been in the system for long and won’t give you any importance. The company will use you for your own benefit and throw you out when their work is done citing performance issues. The IT team is too slow.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.i got a chane to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
